We are a family friendly church community who aim to be ‘Seeking God: Sharing His Love’.  What does this mean? That’s a good question, and one which we are actively exploring.  Primarily we desire to be rooted in Christ and engaged in His mission to the World.  Our concern is to see disciples grown through prayer, worship, teaching and service in order that those disciples are equipped to live out their faith and share the love of Jesus with others.

The church is not a building, it is, as the cliché goes, the people. The building is simply the place where the church meets. Jesus taught us that, as Christians, His Father is also our Father, and so we are his brothers and sisters together in God's family. Since St. Mark's is a growing family that values Bible teaching, prayer and good relationships, we have divided ourselves up into a number of House Groups. These groups mostly meet on a weekly basis in order to study the Bible together and to support, care and pray for one another.

You will find a variety of worship styles and services incorporating the best of the traditional and contemporary, but always with an informal, relaxed and open approach.  Our sincere hope and our heart’s desire is that you will find a warm welcome and meet with our living God here in this family friendly church.

St. Mark's church is located beside the ring road, on the north eastern side of the city of Salisbury in Wiltshire (England). It's a big, old building, but don't let this put you off! We aim to offer a warm welcome (and frequently, a coffee) to one and all.

The Priest in Charge is the Rev. Jim Findlay.

St. Mark's is part of the Diocese of Salisbury and is a full member of the Church of England and the world-wide Anglican Communion.

Well, that's enough for a home page. Hopefully, you'll have a few minutes to look round the rest of the site, if not thanks for visiting and I hope you'll be back.
